Job Description

  • Assist in tracking contract lifecycles, including renewals, amendments, and expirations.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Client teams to follow up on agreement renewals and Purchase Order (PO) updates.
  • Support onboarding documentation for clients and vendors, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
  • Maintain and update contract databases, records, and other relevant documentation.
  • Work with internal teams such as Legal, Sales, and Finance for contract approvals, compliance checks, and signoffs.
  • Help prepare summaries and status reports related to contracts, renewals, and key deadlines.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline contract workflows and document handling.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management, Commerce, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills - written and verbal.
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) & contract management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Interest in contract lifecycle management, legal processes, or business operations.
