Role Overview: As a member of the Cloud's Contracting Operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all revenue and strategic contracts comply with company policy before final signing. You will act as the final approval step and provide guidance to facilitate smooth and swift contract execution. Position Responsibilities: - Review and approve contracts: Perform integrity checks, identify and address risks/defects, and route for final signature. - Manage contracts in systems: Administer contracts through designated systems as needed. - Support deal closure: Follow up on open deals, especially near quarter end, and help facilitate closure. - Provide system access and support: Assist with navigating systems and deal execution. - Handle contract management tasks: Offer support for various contract management and administration tasks. - Flexible work schedule: Willing to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays when required. Required Skills: - Demonstrate independent problem-solving: Analyze issues, identify root causes, and independently develop and implement effective solutions. - Apply critical thinking to contract analysis: Utilize strong analytical skills to assess contracts, identify potential risks or discrepancies, and propose solutions. - Leverage extensive contracting knowledge strategically: Apply in-depth understanding of contracting processes to optimize decision-making and navigate complex situations. - Utilize contract management and routing tools effectively: Employ critical thinking to leverage the capabilities of DocuSign and other tools to streamline contract workflows and ensure efficient execution.
