Role Overview: As a member of our team at WNS (Holdings) Limited, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Your role will involve driving SLA adherence in Invoicing, maintaining accurate Revenue Recognition, identifying performance improvement opportunities, handling Audit Queries, and fostering good relationships with stakeholders.
