Contract-Based Tinker Trainer

Job Opportunity: Contract-Based Tinker Trainer in Seoni, Madhya Pradesh Organisation: STEM LEARNING Location: Seoni, Madhya Pradesh Position Type: Contract-Based (6 months) Start Date: Immediate Joining Preferred Salary: As per industry standards About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Tinker Trainer to lead innovation-based learning sessions at our Tinkering Lab in Seoni, Madhya Pradesh. As the trainer, you will be responsible for conducting hands-on STEM TECHNOLOGY training sessions for school students in Grades 5-10. Your role will involve guiding students through the realms of electronics, robotics, coding, and project-based learning. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging sessions on electronics, Arduino, robotics, 3D designing, and basic programming (Scratch/MIT App Inventor). - Support students in developing projects for exhibitions and competitions. - Maintain and manage Tinkering Lab equipment and kits. - Regularly report session activities and student progress. - Coordinate with school authorities and ensure timely documentation submission. Requirements: - Graduate in Engineering/Technology or Diploma in Electronics/Computer Science. - Minimum of 1 year experience in STEM education/Robotics/Coding training (freshers with strong skills are encouraged to apply). - Hands-on experience with Arduino, sensors, basic electronics, or similar platforms. - Strong communication skills in Hindi (basic English proficiency preferred). - Preference for local candidates from Seoni or nearby districts. - Flexibility to occasionally travel to nearby states as this role is primarily field-based. Travelling expenses via public transport will be provided in advance.
