Continental / Café Chef

We are looking for an experienced Continental / Café Chef to join our café and handle our day-to-day kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing café-style dishes, maintaining hygiene, and managing kitchen workflow efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare continental and café-style menu items such as:Pastas, pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads, fries, breakfast items (omelettes, pancakes, waffles), sautéed veggies, and grilled dishes.

• Maintain high food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Manage daily mise-en-place and kitchen prep.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Assist in menu planning, portioning, and inventory control.
• Coordinate with service staff during rush hours.
• Maintain consistency in taste and portion size.

Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years experience in a café, restaurant, or hotel.

• Strong skills in continental cuisine and café items.
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene & food safety.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
• Good attitude, discipline, and teamwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
