We are looking for an experienced Continental / Café Chef to join our café and handle our day-to-day kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing café-style dishes, maintaining hygiene, and managing kitchen workflow efficiently. Key Responsibilities Prepare continental and café-style menu items such as:Pastas, pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads, fries, breakfast items (omelettes, pancakes, waffles), sautéed veggies, and grilled dishes. Maintain high food quality, taste, and presentation. Manage daily mise-en-place and kitchen prep. Ensure kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards. Assist in menu planning, portioning, and inventory control. Coordinate with service staff during rush hours. Maintain consistency in taste and portion size. Requirements Minimum 1–3 years experience in a café, restaurant, or hotel. Strong skills in continental cuisine and café items. Knowledge of kitchen hygiene & food safety. Ability to work under pressure during peak hours. Good attitude, discipline, and teamwork.
