Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Write high-quality blogs, case studies, landing pages, comparison pages, and email copy.
Craft narratives that simplify complex SaaS/AI topics.
Build content aligned with ICP pain points and product value props.
Own the content roadmap based on SEO opportunities, product launches, and GTM needs.
Identify high-intent topics and build bottom-of-funnel content.
Collaborate with SEO/Growth teams to improve rankings and organic traffic.
Work closely with Product, Growth, and Sales to create content that supports pipeline
Repurpose long-form content into short-form posts, newsletters, scripts, etc.
Track content performance and optimise based on engagement and conversions.

Preferred candidate profile

25+ years of content experience
in a SaaS or tech company
.
Strong writing skills with ability to simplify technical topics.
Solid understanding of SEO and content strategy.
Experience writing for different stages of the SaaS funnel (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU).
Portfolio of published work (blogs, guides, case studies).
Bonus: familiarity with AI, chatbots, automation, or CX industry.
