Job Description

Venture Smarter is seeking a Content Writer to create engaging and informative content for websites, blogs, social media, and other platforms. You will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality content that showcases our products and services, educates our audience, and generates leads.

Compensation: Up to $5,000 per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Research industry-related topics and trends using online sources, interviews, and studies.
  • Write clear and compelling content aligned with the brand voice, tone, and style.
  • Prepare well-structured drafts using content management systems and tools.
  • Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, and readability.
  • Optimize content for SEO and accessibility using keywords, headings, links, and metadata.
  • Coordinate with design teams to incorporate visual elements such as images, infographics, and videos.
  • Promote content on social media and other channels using best practices and strategies.
  • Measure and report on content performance and impact using analytics and metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to generate ideas and support campaigns.
  • Follow editorial guidelines and standards, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical requirements.

Ideal Profile / Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role (preferably B2B or tech environment).
  • Portfolio of published content demonstrating creativity, versatility, and quality.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English, with adaptability for different audiences and formats.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, HubSpot, and Google Docs.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles, including keyword research, optimization, and distribution.
  • Ability to conduct research and synthesize complex information into clear and engaging content.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, quality, and consistency with a customer-centric mindset.
