Content Writer - Team Leader

As a Content Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding a team of writers while actively engaging in content creation. Your role will involve balancing creativity and strategy across various content formats such as long-form blogs, ad copies, social media posts, and scripts to ensure that each piece resonates with the audience and reflects the brand voice effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of writers to produce high-quality, on-brand content. - Develop and implement content strategies that align with campaign objectives and SEO goals. - Write, edit, and review content for blogs, websites, advertisements, and social media platforms. - Collaborate with marketing, design, and SEO teams to create content that drives strong performance. - Conduct research and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative and engaging content ideas. - Optimize content for clarity, tone, and overall effectiveness. - Provide constructive feedback and training to support the professional development of team members. - Monitor content performance metrics and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement. - Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, ethical standards, and legal requirements. Desired Skills & Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in content writing, scripting, editing, and strategic content development. - Proficiency in copywriting, SEO content creation, and scriptwriting. - Demonstrated experience in crafting high-performing copies for Google Ads and Meta Ads. - Strong capabilities in creating compelling long-form and social media content. - Familiarity with social media campaigns and current content trends. - Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword optimization strategies. - Previous involvement in brand campaigns, corporate video scripts, and content reels. - Prior leadership or mentorship experience would be advantageous. - Creative thinking abilities coupled with excellent research and problem-solving skills. - Comfortable managing multiple projects within tight deadlines. - Bonus: Proficiency in Hindi and Kannada languages.
