Key Responsibilities:

Content Writing & Strategy

• Create engaging, informative, and simplified content related to the stock market, finance, and investments.
  
• Write for blogs, social media, website, app content, emailers, push notifications, and more.
  
• Translate complex financial concepts into easy-to-understand language for diverse audiences.
  

Account & Social Media Management

• Plan and manage content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  
• Ensure consistent brand voice across all channels.
  
• Collaborate with design and video teams to build interactive, visual-first posts (reels, carousels, infographics).
  

Online Reputation Management (ORM)

• Monitor user reviews, feedback, and queries across platforms and respond promptly.
  
• Build and maintain a positive digital presence.
  
• Actively track mentions, tags, and user engagement and report key insights.
  

Creative Collaboration

• Brainstorm new content formats (quizzes, polls, memes, market explainers).
  
• Suggest visual and design ideas for better content presentation.
  
• Work closely with designers to create user-friendly, thumb-stopping visuals.
  

Performance & Optimization

• Track content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.
  
• Optimize content for SEO and social reach.
  
• Share reports and improvement strategies.
  

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in content writing, preferably in finance, fintech, or news media.
  
• Strong understanding of the Indian stock market, trading concepts, and finance lingo.
  
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
  
• Excellent command over English (bonus: proficiency in Hindi).
  
• Ability to simplify complex topics and create engaging narratives.
  
• Strong sense of digital trends and audience behavior.
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with finance/investing startups or apps.
  
• Basic video scripting or podcast scripting skills.
  
• A personal interest in stock trading or finance content creation.
