What youll do

• Plan and deliver campaigns:

  Define audiences, objectives, key messages, plans, timelines, and channel calendars. Coordinate launches and track delivery across internal and customer-facing campaigns.

• Develop compelling messaging:

  Translate business priorities, past work, and results into value propositions, campaign messages, headlines, case studies, leadership communications, and calls to action.

• Create and coordinate content:

  Develop campaign concepts and content such as case studies, testimonials, presentations, and digital assets. Partner with designers, leaders, and other teams; review materials for clarity, quality, and brand consistency.

• Manage communications channels:

  Coordinate campaigns across channels such as intranet pages, newsletters, email, leadership communications, and Viva Engage. Adapt content and publishing schedules for different audiences and channels.

• Coordinate stakeholders and delivery:

  Gather input, manage reviews and approvals, maintain project plans, track dependencies, and keep work on schedule.

• Measure and improve performance:

  Set campaign measures, monitor engagement and feedback, assess results, and recommend adjustments to improve effectiveness.

What youll bring

• Experience planning and delivering marketing or communications campaigns.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to make complex business information clear and persuasive.
• Experience developing content for multiple audiences and channels.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills, including managing reviews, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Comfort using campaign measures and audience feedback to evaluate and improve performance.
• Attention to detail and sound judgment in applying brand and quality standards.
