Content Writer (Onsite) – Calicut, Kerala

About the Role

Potafo Technologies, a subsidiary of Owleto Technologies, is seeking a versatile and talented Content Writer to join our growing team in Calicut. This full-time, onsite position blends technical clarity with creative storytelling to craft content that informs, educates, and inspires. As our in-house Content Writer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Potafo communicates across marketing, product, and internal platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, write, and edit clear, accurate, and engaging content across multiple formats, including:

Website and landing page copy
Product overviews and feature explainersEducational blogs and thought leadership articlesInternal guides, process documentation, and knowledge resourcesSocial media captions and short-form storytelling

• Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice, tone, and strategic goals.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and marketers to co-create compelling visual and written assets.
• Apply SEO best practices and keyword strategies to enhance content visibility and search performance.
• Edit and proofread all content for grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Stay current with industry trends and competitor content to inform fresh ideas and strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional writing experience (preferably spanning both technical and digital content).
• Excellent command of written English, with a flair for both structured and creative writing.
• Proven ability to explain complex ideas in a simple, engaging manner.
• Familiarity with SEO, content strategy, and CMS platforms.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
