Requirements

   of experience in content management or digital publishing (freshers with strong CMS knowledge may be considered).
• Hands-on experience with a

  Content Management System (CMS)

  ; familiarity with

  Umbraco

   is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of

  HTML/CSS

   and

  SEO principles

  .
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (design, project management, agencies).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple requests.
• Good problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new workflows and tools.
  

Core Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day

  digital content publishing

   tasks across websites and platforms.
• Review materials for accuracy, formatting, and quality before publishing.
• Follow publishing workflows and protocols to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Coordinate with

  Project Management and Design teams

   to deliver high-quality updates.
• Provide feedback on content formats or delivery issues, helping improve processes.
• Publish content within the client’s CMS (Umbraco or similar).
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and content standards.
• Stay updated with platform requirements and apply them while reviewing content.
• Escalate issues or complex requests to senior team members when necessary.
