Core Responsibilities

1. Strategic Content Development

a. Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with business objectives

and learner acquisition goals

b. Create conversion-focused copy for landing pages, sales funnels, and lead generation

campaigns

c. Craft compelling course descriptions, curriculum outlines, and educational content that

drives enrolment

d. Produce white papers, case studies, and thought leadership content to establish industry

authority

2. Multi-Channel Content Creation

a. Website & SEO Content: Create optimized web copy, blog posts, and resource pages that

rank and convert

b. Social Media: Develop platform-specific content strategies with engaging captions, ad

copy, and viral content concepts

c. Email Marketing: Design high-converting email sequences, newsletters, and nurture

campaigns

d. Advertising: Write persuasive ad scripts for video, display, and social media campaigns

with proven ROI

3. Production-Style Content

a. Create scripts for educational videos, webinars, and promotional content

b. Develop course marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and sales

collateral

c. Write compelling testimonials, success stories, and case study narratives

d. Produce content for marketing automation sequences and customer journey mapping

4. Content Optimization & Analytics

a. Conduct advanced keyword research and implement technical SEO best practices

b. Analyze content performance metrics and optimize for engagement, conversion, and

retention

c. A/B test headlines, copy variations, and messaging strategies

d. Collaborate with data teams to measure content ROI and attribution

Advanced Requirements

1. Experience & Education

a. 5+ years of professional content writing/copywriting experience in EdTech, digital

marketing, or skill training industry

b. Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent

professional experience

c. Portfolio requirement: Must demonstrate measurable results (conversion rates,

engagement metrics, campaign performance)

2. Technical Expertise

a. SEO: Basics of technical SEO knowledge, schema markup, keyword research, keyword

cluster and search intent optimization

b. Marketing Technology: Experience with CMS (WordPress, HubSpot), email platforms,

and marketing automation tools

c. Design Collaboration: Understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to work with design

teams on content-visual integration

3. Preferred Skills

a. Conversion Copywriting: Proven track record of writing copy that converts prospects to

customers

b. Educational Content: Experience creating learning-focused content that simplifies

complex concepts

c. Brand Voice Development: Ability to create and maintain consistent brand voice across

all channels

d. Project Management: Experience managing multiple content projects with

cross-functional teams

salary- 70-80k CTC monthly
