Content Writer Lead

As a Content Writer Lead, your role will involve driving Spotlight content efforts globally. This includes programming content and executing cross-functional content strategies. You will need to have expertise in internet culture and a deep understanding of how content platforms work, particularly focusing on UGC. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing a seven-day programming schedule and creating tentpole content initiatives to inspire creation and engagement in the Global market. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and report on the state of the local content and creation ecosystem, including content development efforts, performance, feedback, user experience, and cross-functional reporting. - Develop incentives and platform feedback mechanisms to encourage inclusive and high-quality content creation from the online community. - Support key content initiatives and coordinate execution with cross-functional partners such as Marketing, PR, Music, Product, and Partnerships. - Monitor and foster relevant and engaging trends to help define Spotlight content and encourage community participation. - Be an expert on Online Marketing and voice to extend the product offering authentically. - Utilize your expertise in internet trends and pop culture, along with a deep understanding of content platforms, especially UGC. - Demonstrate strong creative taste and discretion, coupled with experience in working on creative projects. - Possess outstanding analytical skills and a strong ability to work with data for decision-making. - Blend quantitative and qualitative inputs to inform decision-making effectively. - Exhibit outstanding execution skills and proactively add value to projects. - Be highly resourceful, flexible, and bring positivity to the work environment. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in content creation and management. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred. - Proven track record of success in a similar role. - Proficiency in Online Marketing and content creation tools. - Knowledge of current internet trends and pop culture. - Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights. - Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing work environments.
