As a Content Writer- Intern at the company located at 1st Floor, Tower-A, UNITECH CYBER PARK, Durga Colony, Sector 39, Gurugram, Haryana 122003, your role will involve writing clear, engaging, and platform-specific content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Quora, and others. You will be responsible for creating and seeding positive reviews, comments, and responses, as well as crafting answers on Quora and responses on Reddit in alignment with the brand messaging and tone. Additionally, you will identify relevant discussions for seeding, support the social media team in creating copy for various posts, and maintain a consistent brand voice across different platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Write clear, engaging, and platform-appropriate content for various social media platforms. - Create and seed positive reviews, comments, and responses on relevant threads and posts. - Craft answers on Quora and responses on Reddit in line with brand messaging. - Identify relevant discussions and high-impact opportunities for seeding. - Support the social media team in creating copy for posts, reels, captions, and community responses. - Maintain a consistent brand voice while adapting to each platform's style and audience. - Conduct basic research to ensure accurate and relevant content generation. - Track conversations and share insights on trending topics for content opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Strong command over written English with the ability to write crisp, conversational, and impactful content. - Good understanding of social media dynamics, community behavior, and platform-specific writing styles. - Familiarity with Reddit, Quora, Facebook & Instagram content formats. - Ability to generate authentic, relatable responses for seeding and engagement. - Basic knowledge of online reputation management (ORM) is a plus. - Creative thinking and willingness to experiment with content approaches. - Ability to work with deadlines and coordinate with internal teams. Preferred Skills: - Understanding of digital trends and online communities. - Ability to repurpose content across different platforms. - Past experience with writing reviews, comments, or forum engagement (preferred but not mandatory).
