Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience writing/editing troubleshooting, procedural information, and reference information. Ability to simplify complex technical topics into engaging content. Familiarity with standard style guides and their recommendations. Have a functional knowledge of SEO concepts. Familiarity with social media management and content tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva). Understanding of SEO, content structuring, and keyword research. Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with technology and other technical concepts from a variety of industries is an advantage
