Job Description

A Content Writer role at Fabric focused on creating high-signal content for an AI recruiter platform. Responsible for maintaining a weekly content cadence across blogs, LinkedIn, emails, and landing pages. Will translate product features into value narratives, create case studies, and work with an AI-first approach to optimize content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Own a weekly content cadence: drafts edits publish measure across blogs, LinkedIn, emails, landing pages, and short scripts
Work AI-first: use AI to research, outline, draft, fact-check, tighten prose, and repurpose; maintain prompt libraries and style guides
Translate product to value: turn features and data into simple narratives for recruiters and founders (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU)
Case studies & proofs: interview customers, extract numbers, and produce crisp, non-fluffy case studies
SEO & distribution basics: brief keywords, structure posts for search intent, write metadata, and plan distribution
Analytics loop: track reads, CTR, scroll depth, lead assists; iterate based on what converts
Repurpose at speed: convert one core piece into carousels, email snippets, and short video scripts
