Job Description

Role Overview: As a Microlearning Video Creator, you will be responsible for designing, scripting, and producing engaging and concise product education videos. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to transform complex concepts into visually appealing stories that enhance learning experiences for practitioners. You will play a crucial part in driving knowledge retention and customer education through short-form educational videos. Key Responsibilities: - Design, script, and produce microlearning videos on a variety of topics. - Develop content that simplifies complex concepts into visually engaging stories. - Collaborate with Product Managers, subject matter experts, instructional designers, and training managers to identify learning objectives and create effective visual content. - Apply instructional design principles to ensure videos are learner-centric and engaging for rapid consumption. - Utilize motion graphics, animation, voiceovers, and on-screen text to enhance comprehension and retention. - Maintain a consistent visual and instructional style aligned with brand and learning guidelines. - Edit and refine video content based on stakeholder feedback and learner analytics. - Manage multiple video projects from conception to delivery under tight deadlines. - Stay updated on digital learning trends, video production techniques, and microlearning strategies. Qualifications Required: - Strong scriptwriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills. - Familiarity with microlearning strategies and adult learning theory. - Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills. - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with great attention to detail.
