Your contribution as the third team member will play a crucial role in the brand's growth and success in the long term. **Key Responsibilities:** - Research and script 12-15 Instagram Reels per month to engage the target audience. - Translate current trends and meme formats into content that resonates with the brand's identity. - Collaborate with the in-house video editor to bring creative ideas to life effectively. - Craft engaging captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions to drive user interaction. - Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic content posting. - Plan and execute user-generated content and influencer collaborations to enhance the brand's visibility. **Qualifications Required:** - Actively engaged on Instagram with a strong understanding of current trends. - Proficiency in creative and concise writing with a flair for visual aesthetics. - Sound knowledge of streetwear, memes, or youth culture to align content with the brand's vibe. - Experience in content creation, regardless of scale, for personal or brand use. - Preferably, previous exposure to working with direct-to-consumer (D2C) or startup brands.,
