Content Strategist & Reels Creator

The position is located in Hinjewadi Phase 1 and the start date is immediate. This is a full-time role with a long-term brand growth opportunity as a core team member. The team is currently small, consisting of two individuals, and is in the process of building a streetwear brand from the ground up. The team is seeking a third member who is passionate about internet culture and eager to contribute to the brand's growth. Your responsibilities will include researching and scripting 12-15 Instagram Reels per month, translating trends and meme formats into content that aligns with the brand's vibe, collaborating with the in-house video editor to bring ideas to life, crafting engaging captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions, managing the content calendar, posting content regularly, and planning user-generated content and influencer ideas to enhance the brand's presence. It is important to note that this is not a traditional 9-to-5 job. The startup operates with a fast-paced environment and high ambitions, expecting team members to be proactive, adaptable, and willing to put in extra effort when necessary. The ideal candidate should possess a strong work ethic, the ability to think quickly and implement ideas effectively, and a willingness to experiment, learn from failures, and persevere in the face of challenges. This role is not suited for individuals seeking a routine desk job but rather for those who are eager to contribute to building something meaningful from scratch. The ideal candidate will be someone who is actively engaged on Instagram, stays updated on current trends, can write creatively and concisely, has a keen eye for visuals and a good understanding of streetwear, memes, or youth culture, has experience creating content either for themselves or other brands (regardless of scale), and ideally has previous experience working with direct-to-consumer (D2C) or startup brands.
