About ResearchAyu

ResearchAyu is a fast-growing, research-driven healthcare organization focused on developing structured, evidence-based Ayurvedic care programs for chronic and long-term health conditions.

Our growth is powered by performance marketing across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and Native Advertising platforms. We believe that powerful communication, consumer insights, and data-driven content strategies are essential to building scalable customer acquisition systems.

We are looking for a strategic and analytical Lead – Performance Copy, Content Strategy & Growth Intelligence who can bring together consumer psychology, research, persuasive communication, and performance marketing.

Role Overview

This is a strategic leadership role, not just a conventional copywriting or content-writing position.

You will own the end-to-end communication strategy across paid and organic channels, develop high-converting messaging frameworks, lead competitor and consumer research, and build scalable content systems that directly contribute to marketing performance.

The ideal candidate should be able to think beyond writing, understand why a message works, and translate insights into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Copy & Campaign Strategy: Develop high-converting messaging strategies, ad copies, hooks, campaign angles, and video scripts for Meta, Google, YouTube, and Native Ads.
• Consumer Psychology: Understand customer pain points, motivations, emotional triggers, objections, and decision-making behaviour to create persuasive communication.
• Market & Competitor Research: Analyse competitor advertisements, landing pages, messaging strategies, funnels, and emerging market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Content & SEO Strategy: Conduct keyword research, search intent mapping, on-page SEO, content planning, and conversion-focused landing page development.
• Performance Marketing Understanding: Understand CTR, conversion rates, CAC, Quality Score, audience behaviour, and how creative messaging impacts campaign performance.
• Copywriting & Script Development: Write and review persuasive ad copies, video scripts, advertorials, landing pages, and other marketing communication.
• Content Ideation Systems: Build structured mind maps, messaging frameworks, hook libraries, content calendars, and campaign communication systems.
• Experimentation & Optimization: Develop messaging variations, conduct A/B testing, analyse campaign results, and convert performance insights into repeatable strategies.
• Team Leadership: Review and approve content outputs, establish quality benchmarks, mentor writers, and build a strong content strategy team.
• Multilingual Communication: Oversee content strategy and messaging across English, Hindi, and Marathi, ensuring cultural relevance rather than direct translation.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong strategic thinking, logical reasoning, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent copywriting and persuasive communication skills.
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology and marketing funnels.
• Hands-on exposure to Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Native Advertising.
• Expertise in competitor research, keyword research, and content strategy.
• Understanding of SEO, search intent, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
• Ability to connect messaging decisions with CTR, CVR, and customer acquisition costs.
• Experience building content frameworks, ideation systems, and editorial processes.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

Language Requirements

• English – Fluent / Professional
• Hindi – Fluent / Native-level
• Marathi – Fluent / Native-level

Experience Required

• 5–10 years of experience in Performance Copywriting, Content Strategy, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• Candidates with experience in performance-driven agencies, D2C brands, healthcare, wellness, or consumer businesses will be preferred.
• Experience owning campaign communication strategy and measurable outcomes is highly desirable.

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for professionals who:

• Think strategically rather than simply execute writing assignments.
• Understand the psychology behind customer decisions.
• Can explain the logic and research behind their messaging.
• Have experience creating performance-oriented campaigns.
• Can build systems, frameworks, and processes for scalable content production.
• Are comfortable taking ownership of communication quality and business outcomes.

Not suitable for: Candidates with experience limited to blog writing, traditional editing, grammar correction, or brand communication without performance marketing and conversion-focused copywriting exposure.

How Success Will Be Measured

• Improved CTR and conversion rates.
• Better customer acquisition efficiency and reduced CAC.
• Stronger, differentiated campaign messaging.
• Development of scalable content and ideation frameworks.
• Improved content quality and reduced dependency on senior leadership for approvals.

• Strategic ownership of performance-driven content and messaging.
• Opportunity to build and mentor a content strategy team.
