About the Role: We are seeking a creative and analytical Content Strategist who excels in storytelling and scriptwriting. If you possess a talent for creating engaging video content and have a deep understanding of online audience preferences, then this role is tailored for you. In this position, you will collaborate closely with editors, graphic designers, and marketing leads to develop compelling content that enhances reach and impact. Key Responsibilities: - Crafting engaging and platform-optimized video scripts for various formats such as reels, explainers, ads, and brand stories. - Collaborating with video editors and graphic designers to visually bring content ideas to life. - Researching trends, formats, and insights to create a robust content calendar. - Analyzing performance metrics and audience feedback to iteratively enhance content strategy. - Ensuring creative outputs are aligned with campaign objectives and brand voice. - Conducting competitor audits and staying informed on evolving content trends. Language Requirements: Proficiency in Telugu and English is mandatory (both spoken and written). Proficiency in Hindi is considered a plus. Required Skills: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in content strategy, scriptwriting, or digital storytelling. - Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, with a focus on creating attention-grabbing hooks. - Familiarity with visual storytelling, editing flow, and basic post-production knowledge (hands-on editing not required). - Sound understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience behavior. - Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a collaborative creative environment. Bonus Skills: - Experience in campaign ideation or brand storytelling. - Understanding of SEO or performance-based content creation.
