Content & Social Media Marketing Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Create engaging and original content in Hindi and/or English for blogs, articles, social media posts, email marketing and campaigns.
• Plan, script, and edit videos for digital and social media platforms.
• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments/messages.
• Assist in developing creative marketing strategies to increase brand presence and audience engagement.
• Research trending topics and hashtags to create relevant and impactful content.
• Track and report social media performance metrics.

Preferred candidate profile

• Post Graduate in

  Hindi

  or

  English

  (Literature/Journalism/Communication preferred).
• Strong command over Hindi and/or English writing with creative flair.
• Basic to advanced knowledge of

  video editing tools

  (Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop etc or equivalent.).
• Create engaging video content of yourself (if needed face-on-camera) for social media explaining program benefits, success stories, and case highlights.
• Familiarity with

  social media platforms and analytics tools

  .
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Professional certification in Google Analytics strongly preferred
• Familiar with multi-social posting through programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
• Comfortable with working with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
• Prior internship or project experience in content/social media marketing will be an advantage.
