About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in business, economics, or management and a flair for transforming complex ideas into insightful reports, articles, and blogs. You will contribute to thought leadership initiatives, research reports, and knowledge pieces that inform and engage business leaders, entrepreneurs, and

policymakers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research & Analysis

• Conduct secondary research on themes such as succession, governance, branding, leadership, family enterprise strategy, and SME growth.
• Gather and interpret data from credible business and policy sources (CMIE, RBI, World Bank, Statista, etc.).
• Contribute to the development of annual research reports, thematic papers, and case compendiums.

2. Writing & Content Development

• Draft thought leadership blogs, reports, and case studies aligned with UK&Cos content strategy.
• Write articles and summaries for LinkedIn, website, newsletters, and media collaborations.
• Support podcast scripting, research, and guest coordination, including design and scheduling of episodes.

3. Editing & Storytelling

• Ensure clarity, structure, and consistency across all written and audio-visual materials.
• Transform research findings into accessible, engaging narratives that balance data with storytelling.
• Collaborate with designers and strategists to enhance the visual and editorial impact of reports and podcasts.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors or masters degree in business, Economics, Management, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in research writing, consulting, journalism, or content development (preferably in business/economics domains).
• Been a part of any editorial agency - YouTube/newspaper/online media.
• Strong command of written English and analytical reasoning.
• Familiarity with business, policy, and economic data sources and basic data interpretation.
• Understanding of business models, market trends, and management concepts.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects independently.

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience writing for consulting firms, research organizations, think tanks, or business media.
• Curiosity about entrepreneurship, family enterprises, and India business landscape.
• Ability to structure long-form research narratives in a reader-friendly, visually appealing way.
