About the Role

QA Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers in manual and automated eLearning testing.
• Design, implement, and maintain

  automation frameworks

  using Selenium for eLearning modules.
• Develop and execute

  test plans, test cases, and test scripts

  for eLearning projects.
• Ensure compliance with

  SCORM, AICC, and xAPI

  standards across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, and project managers to ensure

  high-quality, on-time delivery

  .
• Define QA processes, enforce best practices, and drive continuous improvement within the QA function.
• Track, manage, and report

  defects, risks, and quality metrics

  to stakeholders.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to reduce recurring defects.
• Stay updated on emerging QA tools, techniques, and trends in the

  eLearning domain

Required Skills & Experience

• 610 years of experience in

  Quality Assurance

  , with at least 23 years in a

  lead role

  .
• Strong experience in

  eLearning QA

  , including functional testing of SCORM/xAPI/AICC-compliant courses.
• Proven experience with

  automation frameworks

  using

  Selenium (Java/Python/other)

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Learning Management Systems (LMS)

  testing.
• Excellent knowledge of QA processes, methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Ability to

  work onsite in Pune

  and collaborate across functions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in other automation tools such as JMeter, TestNG, or Cypress.
• Exposure to accessibility testing (WCAG standards) for eLearning.
• ISTQB or other QA certification.
