Key Responsibilities Edit and maintain the Spine. Unpack standards into discrete skills creating a subject-specific taxonomic competency framework (Spine). Align taxonomic competency frameworks to standards across all states. Align content to the Spine. Support curriculum-based projects with knowledge of state and national standards, including designing custom courses. Update content alignments whenever states adopt new standards or modify existing standards. Analyse existing content alignments to identify opportunities and gaps. Create learning pathways. Fulfil other duties as required. About the Role We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in eLearning QA and test automation using Selenium . The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of QA professionals to ensure defect-free delivery of eLearning solutions to our customers. This role requires hands-on experience in manual and automated testing of eLearning content, LMS platforms, and SCORM/AICC/xAPI standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers in manual and automated eLearning testing. Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium for eLearning modules. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for eLearning projects. Ensure compliance with SCORM, AICC, and xAPI standards across all deliverables. Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, and project managers to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery . Define QA processes, enforce best practices, and drive continuous improvement within the QA function. Track, manage, and report defects, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders. Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to reduce recurring defects. Stay updated on emerging QA tools, techniques, and trends in the eLearning domain . Required Skills & Experience 610 years of experience in Quality Assurance , with at least 23 years in a lead role . Strong experience in eLearning QA , including functional testing of SCORM/xAPI/AICC-compliant courses. Proven experience with automation frameworks using Selenium (Java/Python/other) . Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) testing. Excellent knowledge of QA processes, methodologies, and industry best practices. Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. Ability to work onsite in Pune and collaborate across functions. Preferred Qualifications Experience in other automation tools such as JMeter, TestNG, or Cypress. Exposure to accessibility testing (WCAG standards) for eLearning. ISTQB or other QA certification.
