As a Content Marketing Specialist at Bikham, you will be responsible for ideating, owning, and executing the content plan to drive Inbound Demand. Your role will involve creating various types of engaging and informative content such as blog posts, white papers, guides, landing pages, e-books, case studies, infographics, videos, social media posts, and marketing assets that resonate with our target audience. You will take charge of managing all social media channels for Bikham, ensuring a strategic approach to elevate our online presence. It is essential to gain a deep understanding of our products and offerings to effectively translate complex information into simple yet comprehensive and engaging content for our audience. Collaboration with internal stakeholders, including product managers, sales teams, and subject matter experts, is crucial to gather insights and information for content creation. Your role will involve conducting thorough research on industry-related topics, competitors, and target audiences to generate insightful and data-driven content. Staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies will be key to delivering fresh and relevant content. Monitoring and reporting on content performance will be part of your responsibilities, utilizing data to continuously improve our content marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in content marketing and social media management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Exceptional writing and proofreading skills, along with a keen eye for detail and grammar, are essential. An understanding of basic SEO and best practices is required, as well as the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with team members. A strong sense of ownership and pride in your work, along with experience in writing for the U.S market, is necessary.
