Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Content Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and managing high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content across various digital platforms. This role requires a mix of content strategy, writing expertise, performance analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop content strategies and calendars aligned with product, marketing, and SEO objectives.
• Identify content gaps and opportunities across channels and suggest actionable improvements.
• Create SEO-friendly content including website copy, blogs, emailers, banners, microcopy, social media posts, product descriptions, and in-app text.
• Design and maintain presentations, case studies, learning exercises, and other support materials aligned with current industry trends.
• Analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics; optimize based on CTR, bounce rate, engagement, and SEO guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure content meets business goals and user expectations.
• Manage and publish content using CMS platforms and blogging tools while maintaining formatting standards and accessibility.
• Stay updated with digital content trends, SEO best practices, UI/UX writing, and AI-powered content tools.
• Utilize tools like Grammarly and popular AI writing assistants to enhance content quality and efficiency.

• Experience working in an EdTech, SaaS, or digital-first environment is a plus.
