Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage, update, and verify the song database for member companies, including titles, artists, composers, lyricists, and other metadata
Ensure all song entries have complete and accurate copyright ownership details
Coordinate with member companies to collect, validate, and upload new song data
Maintain content compliance with licensing agreements and industry standards
Maintain and update company website
Maintain digital platforms such as YouTube, Saavn, and Spotify
Liaise with internal departments (licensing, legal, royalties) to ensure song information supports operational requirements
Prepare and share regular repertoire reports with management and stakeholders
Monitor and resolve discrepancies in song records in coordination with relevant teams
Stay updated on music industry cataloguing practices and copyright requirements
