About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Make engaging D2C/social media content - text, audio, short video content for an impactful brand reach and message
2. Organize shoot and edit high-quality videos and reels for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
3. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative video concepts and storylines
4. Optimize video content for different platforms, ensuring the best possible performance and engagement
5. Continuously experiment with new techniques, styles, and formats to keep content fresh and exciting
6. Manage social channels: Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook
7. Assist in managing and updating product listings on the e-commerce platform
8. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product descriptions and promotions
10. Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support through effective communication
