🔹 Key Responsibilities / 주요 업무

• Create and design content for websites, apps, social media, and marketing campaigns
• 웹사이트, 앱, 소셜 미디어 및 마케팅 캠페인을 위한 콘텐츠 제작 및 디자인
• Develop copy, visual assets, and layouts that enhance user experience
• 사용자 경험을 향상시키는 카피, 시각 자료 및 레이아웃 개발
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to ensure content alignment
• 제품, 마케팅, 디자인 팀과 협업하여 콘텐츠 일관성 유지
• Conduct user research and testing to optimize content effectiveness
• 사용자 조사 및 테스트를 통해 콘텐츠 효율성 최적화
• Maintain brand voice and style guidelines across all channels
• 모든 채널에서 브랜드 톤 및 스타일 가이드 유지
• Stay updated with content trends, UX best practices, and digital tools
• 콘텐츠 트렌드, UX 모범 사례 및 디지털 도구 지속 학습

🔹 Qualifications / 지원 자격

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Design, Marketing, or related field
• 커뮤니케이션, 디자인, 마케팅 또는 관련 분야 학사 학위
• 2+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or digital content creation
• 콘텐츠 디자인, UX 라이팅 또는 디지털 콘텐츠 제작 경력 2년 이상
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• 뛰어난 글쓰기, 편집 및 스토리텔링 능력
• Proficiency in design and content tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, CMS)
• Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, CMS 등 디자인 및 콘텐츠 도구 활용 능력
• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively
• 세심한 업무 처리 능력과 협업 능력
• Bilingual (Korean & English) preferred
• 한국어 및 영어 가능자 우대
