Role Overview:

full-time content creator who lives and breathes Instagram

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation

• Create daily content for Instagram — especially reels, stories, and posts
• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos and lifestyle/product photography
• Develop bold, trend-aware visual ideas and executions
• Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic while pushing creativity

Social Media Management

• Own and manage the brand’s Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
• Build and maintain a monthly content calendar
• Engage with followers — respond to DMs/comments, and grow community interaction
• Track insights and optimize content based on performance

Campaign & Brand Support

• Develop disruptive yet brand-aligned content ideas and mini-campaigns
• Collaborate on influencer shoutouts, giveaways, and store-level promotions
• Assist with brand creatives for offline use (menu boards, in-store posters, etc. if needed)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years experience in content creation and social media
• Strong experience creating short-form video content (Reels a must)
• Proficiency with tools like CapCut, InShot, VN, Canva, or Adobe Suite
• Ability to shoot quality content on phone or camera
• Familiarity with trending formats, audios, and visual styles on Instagram
• Good command of English (Telugu or Hindi is a plus)
• Bonus: experience working with F&B, cafes, or lifestyle brands

Mindset & Personality

• Creative, trend-savvy, and resourceful
• Detail-oriented with an eye for premium aesthetics
• Comfortable filming inside stores and engaging with staff/customers
• Independent, but works well with small teams
• Loves storytelling, food, and a clean visual style
