Who You Are:

You’re the kind of creator who:

• Thinks in Reels, edits in your head, and can shoot anywhere.
• Can make even a gym chalkboard or a chai tapri look cinematic.
• Loves experimenting with trends, vox pops, challenges, and founder-led storytelling.
• Understands how to make science + wellness cool, funny, and bingeable.
• Has a pulse on Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and what makes content pop.

Basically, you’re Fit Papa’s (Our Founders) right-hand storyteller.

What You’ll Do:

• Own Alpha Mind’s social media calendar,

  plan, shoot, and post daily content across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Reels.

• Be the on-ground creator:

  shoot, capture rituals, film in gyms, cafs, markets, wherever the Alpha Life lives.

• Create trend-based content

  around focus, performance, sexual wellness, fitness, and mental health.

• Do quick street vox-pops:

  ask people fun or taboo questions (“What’s your focus hack?” “What does being Alpha mean to you?”).

• Ideate mini-series & hooks:

  Unique style formats, product explainers, challenges.

• Collaborate with the team

  to align content with launches, product drops, and campaigns.

• Continuously reinvent:

  test new formats, camera styles, audio trends.

• Manage shoot logistics:

  camera, mic, editing apps, posting deadlines.

• Track insights & performance:

  what worked, what tanked, what’s next.

What You’ll Need

• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts ecosystem.
• Basic video editing skills (mobile + CapCut / VN / Inshot/ Premiere Pro).
• Basic AI Video/ Photo Skills (Gemini Veo 3, Nano Banana, Chat Gpt Sorra etc.)
• Strong storytelling instincts — ability to make even dry topics fun.
• Comfort in front of the camera (bonus if you can host or appear in Vox Pops).
• Fluent in English & Hindi (Hinglish flair is a plus).
• 0–2 years of experience in content creation / social media / influencer side.
• A fire to grow with a brand that’s breaking category rules.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Background in fitness, health, lifestyle, or creator marketing.
• Comfort with interviewing founders, gym-goers, creators.
• Understanding of performance + wellness trends in India.
• Ability to shoot and edit fast (same-day delivery mindset).
