As a Content Creator at Upila, you will be responsible for developing and executing original content ideas for Upila's social media, website, and campaigns. You will play a crucial role in bringing the company's vision to life through engaging content across various platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing original content ideas for Upila's social media, website, and campaigns - Creating engaging video content, where you will often be the face and voice of the brand - Filming, editing, and producing short-form content such as Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Stories - Collaborating with the marketing team to align content with strategy and trends - Taking the initiative to pitch new ideas and creative formats - Staying updated on content trends, digital tools, and social media algorithms - Participating in brainstorming sessions and content planning - Occasionally managing live sessions, behind-the-scenes content, and interactive content To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - 1+ year of experience in a digital marketing agency OR a fresher with a solid content creation portfolio (Reels, TikToks, YouTube, etc.) - Comfortable being on camera, whether presenting, voicing, or acting - Hands-on experience with content editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, etc. - Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills - Excellent communication skills and high energy - Proactive, enthusiastic, and a self-starter - Creative thinker with an eye for design and trends Bonus points if you: - Have managed your own content page or personal brand - Are familiar with content marketing - Know how to shoot/edit using a smartphone or DSLR - Love memes, viral content, and pop culture As a Content Creator at Upila, you will be responsible for developing and executing original content ideas for Upila's social media, website, and campaigns.
