Content Creator

Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and organized Content Developer to spearhead our visual storytelling and creator management. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets and managing a network of external contributors to ensure consistent brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Creation: Design engaging posters, infographics, and social media graphics.
• Video Production: Script, edit, and produce high-engagement Reels and short-form video content.
• Creator Management: Identify, onboard, and coordinate with external content creators and influencers.
• Quality Control: Monitor the output of other creators to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and deadlines.
• Strategy Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to align visual content with ongoing campaigns.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong video editing skills for mobile-first platforms (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro)
• Ability to use AI tools effectively with cost optimization
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
• Keen eye for social media trends and viral content formats

Required Skills
The job requires a probation period for the first three months during which a total stipend of Rs. 36000 (Fixed - Rs. 18000 and incentive upto Rs. 18000) will be provided. Upon successful completion, candidate will be considered for a permanent full-time position with a revised salary package.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
