Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Write high-quality, engaging, content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and more.

Develop content that resonates with our target audience in the IT sector, showcasing our services, case studies, and solutions.

Technical Content Writing:

Write and edit technical content, including whitepapers, eBooks, user manuals, case studies, and service documentation.

Simplify complex IT topics and technical jargon for a broader audience, making the content accessible and understandable.

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail

Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva is a plus.

Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) is a plus.

Brand Consistency:

Maintain a consistent tone and voice across all content to align with the companybrand and messaging.

Ensure content meets the companyquality standards, is free from grammatical errors, and aligns with the latest trends in the IT industry.

Market Research:

Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, design, and the IT industry to create relevant and timely content.

Research competitors and industry best practices to continuously improve content strategies.

Design Sense:

Basic understanding of graphic design and how it integrates with written content to create compelling visuals

Ability to collaborate with marketing teams to ensure content and visuals work together seamlessly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelordegree in English, Marketing, Communication, or related field.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in content writing with a strong focus on digital marketing and design.

Previous experience working in the IT or tech industry is essential.

Having experience in Word Press will be a plus.
