POSITION DETAILS

Position Summary

We are looking for a creative and hands-on

Content Creator - B2B Marketing

to bring our marketing communication to life across the EMEA & APAC region. In this role, you will create engaging and relevant content from clear product texts to visual assets and short videos and turn technical topics into clear, relevant and engaging communication for our global B2B audiences. You will be part of the global marketing team, close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies is essential.

Principal Activities

  • Content Creation: Write, design, and produce marketing materials across various channels including website, blog, catalogues, email, and social media. You create clear texts, meaningful graphics, infographics, and short videos or animations tailored to B2B needs.
  • Website: Build and maintain pages and content using our CMS, ensuring SEO and SEA optimization, UX improvements, and brand consistency.
  • Campaigns: Plan and support marketing campaigns in close collaboration with internal teams and agencies. Create campaign assets (text and visuals) and manage publishing across relevant channels.
  • Newsletter & Public Relations: Write and coordinate newsletter articles and help manage content distribution in marketing automation tools. Support the creation and release of global press releases together with external PR partners.
  • Trade Shows & Events: Contribute content and visuals for trade shows and related communications from product sheets to event banners and post-event recaps.
  • Stakeholder & Agency Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and third-party agencies. Take in feedback, understand stakeholder needs, and translate them into content that hits the mark.

Candidate Requirements

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

  • Experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., Drupal)
  • Experience with Marketing Automation Tools (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Ability to create and edit graphics and short videos (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar)
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong visual sense and the ability to simplify complex technical topics
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to turn stakeholder input into clear, targeted content
  • Excellent English language skills (spoken and written); all content is created in English
  • Curiosity, creativity, and the motivation to bring content to life with own ideas.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing communication, digital marketing or content creation
  • Background in global manufacturing and B2B marketing is beneficial, but not required.
