Job Description

We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and motivated individual who can generate fresh content ideas and confidently feature herself in reels and videos. If you love creating engaging content, staying on top of trends, and bringing ideas to life this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Ideate & Conceptualize:
Work with the marketing team to generate innovative ideas for social media, campaigns, and brand communication.
Content Creation (Face on Camera):
Feature yourself in reels, short videos, and other creative content formats for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
Social Media Content Production:
Assist in creating digital assets — reels, short videos, blogs, posts, stories, graphics, etc.
Social Media Management:
Monitor engagement, and analyzing social media
Trend Research & Execution:
Identify trending formats, hashtags, sounds, and themes; adapt them creatively for the brand.
Performance Tracking:
Analyze post and reel performance and suggest improvements.

What We Are Looking For:

Someone creative, energetic, and comfortable in front of the camera
Strong sense of current social media trends
Ability to think out-of-the-box and initiate fresh content ideas
Excellent communication skills – Hindi and English.
Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
