Content Creator and Growth Hacker

As a StoryTeller/ Brand Manager, your main responsibilities will include creating and maintaining relevant communication to the world through various platforms such as the website, blog, and social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter. Your role will involve crafting engaging stories and messages that resonate with our audience and reflect the brand's identity. You will be in charge of managing the messaging and content on our website, including adding and editing text and design elements, implementing basic SEO strategies, and analyzing website performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for writing approximately 4-5 well-researched blog posts per month, each accompanied by high-quality images and content. On social media, you will be tasked with creating daily posts on Instagram with relevant hashtags, maintaining a consistent presence on Facebook, engaging with the audience on Twitter, and producing promotional and recap videos for YouTube before and after each trip. You will also be responsible for sending out monthly newsletters and drafting text for new trip proposals. In addition to your creative responsibilities, you will also be expected to assist with various administrative tasks in the office, such as ticketing, reservations, and handling company email communication when the founder is unavailable. During the probation period, the remuneration for this role will be 10K, which will increase to 15K upon successful completion of the probationary period.
