Role Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to represent our brand on the ground by capturing key school moments through photos and videos, editing them professionally, and turning them into engaging social media content. You’ll play a key role in shaping how the school is perceived online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit the school regularly to click high-quality photos and record videos of daily activities, events, celebrations, and classroom moments.
• Edit images and video footage to enhance visual quality using professional editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
• Create visually appealing Instagram posts, reels, and stories in line with brand guidelines.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content, student and teacher moments, and emotional, engaging narratives.
• Coordinate with school staff to stay informed of upcoming events or key content opportunities.
• Maintain and organize a digital content library.
• Ensure all content is delivered on time and approved for publishing.
• Suggest new content formats or campaign ideas to increase engagement.

Requirements;

• Proven experience in photography and videography (portfolio required).
• Strong knowledge of photo/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar).
• Basic understanding of social media trends, especially Instagram and Facebook.
• Ability to work independently, be proactive, and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor—comfortable interacting with children and staff.
• A passion for storytelling and creativity.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Motion graphics / Animation
• Experience in education-based content
• Knowledge of branding and content strategy
