Be Bodywise started in May 2021, is an online womens elective health platform, serving1.5M+ women every year by providing personalized solutions and doctor consults acrossconcerns for hair, face, body, pcos, sleep and nutrition. Little Joys, started in May 2022, is an online health platform for kids, helping 1M+ parentsevery year solve for their childs physical, mental, and emotional development by offeringage-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health, personal hygieneand behavioral development with access to expert doctors and nutritionists Core Responsibilities: Produce quality writing that connects with target audiences, boosts engagement, and enhances brand awareness. Collaborate with respective stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in branding, style, and messaging. Tailor content that shows our brands as a highly trusted, scientifically corroborated brand to its audience. Translate product benefits and brand values into emotionally engaging stories. Understand and address the needs, concerns, and aspirations of customers. Continuously refine scripts based on performance metrics and feedback - this includes feedback from supervisor/ brand and business teams as well as customer call insights. Maintain a consistent tone and voice that aligns with the brands identity and values Review social media posts before publishing to ensure they are aligned with brand guidelines, tonality, and messaging strategy. Guide agents on handling complex or sensitive customer interactions effectively while maintaining brand integrity. Offer constructive suggestions and feedback to improve response articulation, sentence construction, and audience engagement. Train and develop best practice guides and response templates to assist agents in crafting impactful replies. Skills and Qualifications: Exceptional written communication skills Impeccable use of grammar, punctuation, and spelling Strong attention to detail Ability to meet tight deadlines Creative and strategic-thinking skills Proficiency in web-based research and SEO best practices Proven experience as a content writer or copywriter Requirement: Degree in Literature, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
