Content Analyst - French Language

Role Overview: Entity Content is looking for a Content Analyst to join their team. As a Content Analyst, you will be responsible for processing and maintaining data accurately onto databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness, and developing expertise in database and financial knowledge. You will also be required to widen the usage of available tools to maintain content quality, adhere to data standards and policies, and deliver high productivity and quality data. Additionally, you will need to proactively identify and resolve data problems, liaise with internal and external departments for data queries resolution, and ensure tasks are completed within agreed SLAs. Key Responsibilities: - Process and maintain data accurately onto databases - Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and completeness - Develop expertise in database and financial knowledge - Widen usage of available tools to maintain/improve content quality - Adhere to data standards, policies, and current procedures - Deliver high productivity and quality data - Proactively identify and resolve data problems - Communicate and liaise with internal and external departments for data queries resolution - Test new database/application releases and provide user feedback - Analyze queries, identify root causes, and drive action plans for improvement - Ensure awareness of customer views on content and recommend improvements - Provide support to the team for process smoothening - Complete allotted tasks within agreed SLAs and meet service metrics Qualifications Required: - Intermediate level proficiency in using Excel & SQL - Proficiency in French language up to B2 level - Quick learner with high agility - Good written and verbal communication skills - Ability to handle multiple tasks and support business requirements - Flexibility to work in different shifts and hybrid model - Ability to operate with minimal guidance - Experience in coaching and training analysts on data issues, databases & products Company Details: At LSEG, creating a diverse and inclusive organization is fundamental to delivering on their promise of creating essential partnerships and open opportunities.
