Content Analyst - Chinese Language

As a Content Analyst at LSEG in India, you will be part of Entity Content, a team that maintains a central database connecting and unlocking the true value of content across products and internal services. Your role will involve processing and maintaining data accurately onto databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness as per company standards, and developing expertise in database and financial knowledge. You will be responsible for widening the usage of available tools to maintain/improve content quality, adhering to data operations standards and policies, delivering high productivity and quality data, proactively identifying and resolving data problems, and communicating with internal and external departments for data query resolution. Additionally, you will be involved in testing new database/application releases, conducting in-depth analysis on queries, and recommending improvements based on customer feedback. The ideal candidate will possess intermediate skills in Excel & SQL, be a quick learner with high agility, have good communication skills in Chinese language, and be able to handle multiple tasks and support business requirements. Flexibility to work in different shifts and a hybrid model, ability to operate with minimal guidance, coach and train analysts, and problem-solving skills are also required.
