Content Analyst - Arabic Language

As a Content Analyst in the Environment, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) team at LSEG, your primary responsibility will be to research and collect financial and extra-financial information on companies globally. You will be required to handle queries, provide expert advice on content knowledge, and ensure the delivery of tasks aligned with the strategic plans of the ESG team. Additionally, you must have hands-on experience with databases and be proficient in handling database queries independently. - Administer databases and source exchange and contributed data - Stay updated on collection policies, procedures, and market developments impacting data collection - Assist in projects focusing on data content - Review the work of analysts/data providers - Ensure data quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness within the team - Resolve client queries with high standards of quality and customer satisfaction - Coach analysts on data collection policies and procedures - Identify opportunities to improve quality, reduce service requests, and meet service targets - Suggest enhancements for collection tools and internal processes - Collaborate effectively with global teams and data providers - Undertake special projects related to the ESG dataset - Expertise in the Arabic language for updating ESG data - Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills - Curiosity and willingness to learn about content - Proficiency in reading comprehension for analyzing reports - High accountability and responsibility - Proficiency in MS-Excel - Willingness to work in shifts LSEG is a global financial markets infrastructure and data provider dedicated to driving financial stability, empowering economies, and fostering sustainable growth.
