Container M&R Operations Assistant and Customer Service

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing container survey and repair activities within the organization, focusing on M&R Operations, Documentation & Reporting, Cost & Compliance Monitoring, Coordination, Customer Service & Operations, and Technical Skills development. Your role will involve reviewing and approving container repair estimates, maintaining repair records, ensuring compliance with depot SOPs, monitoring repair costs, liaising with depots and internal teams, and supporting container leasing operations. Key Responsibilities: - Review and approve container repair estimates - Monitor depot SOP compliance and ensure repair quality - Maintain repair records, update systems, and generate internal reports - Check estimates against tariffs, track repair costs, and support budget adherence and analysis - Liaise with depots, surveyors, and internal teams to align container readiness with sales demand and customer needs - Support the container leasing operations team - Build knowledge of container types, IICL/ISO repair standards, and participate in training for continuous skill enhancement Qualifications Required: - Graduate with IICL 6 & CW survey & repair knowledge - 4-5 years of prior experience in a customer service role in the container shipping industry Additional Details: You will need to demonstrate excellent organizing and planning skills, the ability to understand priorities and work towards deadlines, a problem-solving attitude, intermediate to advanced Excel skills, and proficiency in English and Hindi.,
