Role Overview: You will be joining Accenture Strategy and Consulting as a seasoned senior manager with a minimum of 12 years of experience, with at least 80% relevant experience driving transformations in consumer electronics companies. Your role will involve shaping consulting offerings for the consumer electronics industry segment, leading client engagements, and driving consumer electronics capability growth through identifying new business opportunities and managing business development activities. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your business industry expertise to have in-depth end-to-end process knowledge, identify differentiating use cases, and understand consumer electronics industry best practices and relevant benchmarks. - Bridge the gap between business problems and solutions by analyzing issues and providing actionable recommendations through assessment and solutioning. - Lead a team to develop Accenture level assets, solutions, and industry Points of View (PoVs) related to the consumer electronics segment. - Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the consumer electronics sector. - Design and implement strategic solutions for clients, focusing on areas such as digital transformation, innovation, operational efficiency, and customer engagement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and effective strategies, including technology, operations, and client account teams. - Lead client workshops and meetings, presenting insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively. - Cultivate strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and growth partner for clients. - Stay updated on industry developments, technologies, and competitive landscapes to provide forward-thinking advice. - Mentor and develop junior consultants to foster a culture of learning and excellence. Qualifications Required: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred. - 12-14 years of experience in management consulting, specifically within the consumer technology industry. - Proven track record of delivering impactful advice and solutions to clients. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients at all levels. - Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities. - Willingness to travel as required by client engagements.
