Evaluate and diagnose patients with spine, joint, musculoskeletal, and degenerative orthopedic conditions.
Prescribe and monitor
non-surgical therapy protocols
, including spinal decompression, CRRT, ESWT, and rehabilitation-based pain relief therapies.
Work closely with physiotherapists, PM&R doctors, and rehab therapists to provide
holistic and coordinated care
.
Educate patients on their condition, therapy plan, and long-term musculoskeletal health.
Avoid unnecessary surgical recommendations and guide patients toward
function-first recovery
.
Monitor therapy effectiveness and recommend protocol modifications when needed.
Maintain proper medical records, consent forms, and medico-legal documentation.
Participate in regular clinical audits, quality assurance programs, and training sessions.
Uphold the centers policy of
surgery as a last resort
, unless there is a valid emergency indication.

Eligibility Criteria:

D.Ortho (Diploma in Orthopaedics) from a recognized university
Valid
Kerala Medical Council Registration
15 years of experience in orthopedic practice or rehabilitation-focused clinics
