Consulting Manager - MDM

As a Consulting Manager at Informatica Professional Services (IPS), you will play a crucial role in leading a team of consultants to ensure customer success through the timely and cost-effective delivery of data management solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with Informatica customers and various internal teams to guarantee customer satisfaction, contributing to their long-term loyalty. Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer relationships by being the single point of contact. - Ensure engagement success and delivery quality. - Coordinate the project, including timelines, risks, risk mitigation strategies, action items, service requests, and change requests. - Review requirements, documentations, service requests, enhancements, and operational activities. - Provide regular project status reports internally and externally. - Supervise and mentor intermediate and junior level team members. - Provide Project Management leadership, coaching, and guidance to Informatica consultants and customer resources. - Ensure adherence to Informatica's Velocity Methodology and Best Practices during incidents, enhancements, and service requests. Qualifications: - Experience in Informatica MDM, P360, or Informatica Data Quality, Data Engineering Integration product implementations, administration. - 10 to 18 years of experience.
