We are seeking a sharp, resourceful, and highly articulate Pune based individual for "Consultative Sales Executive - Debt Instruments" vacancy ,to drive the sales and consultation process for our Debt Instrument solutions. This is a pure sales role focused on identifying, engaging, and closing businesses seeking capita

Requirements:

  • Experience: 0 - 1 Years (Freshers with exceptional potential encouraged to apply)
  • Candidate should be inherently Smart and Wise and possesses the foundation to become an outstanding financial sales professional.
  • Exceptional Communication Command (A Must):
  • Finest Fluency and Professional Command over: English, Hindi, and Marathi (written and verbal). This tri-lingual ability is non-negotiable for effective client communication in the regional market.
  • Graduation is NOT a mandatory requirement if skills and practical intelligence are proven

Preference will be given to candidates with a Commerce background (B.Com, etc.) for a foundational understanding of business finance,but not mandatory

The Role: Strategic Sales & Client Consultation
Business Acumen:Demonstrate strong common sense and intelligence ("Smart and Wise") to quickly grasp the financial needs of businesses and the nuances of various debt instruments (e.g., Working Capital, Term Loans, Project Finance).
Core Roles and Responsibilities
Consultative Sales: Engage with potential clients (MSMEs, Corporates) to understand their financial requirements and consultatively position Terkar Capital's range of Debt Instruments.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our Debt Solutions and the lending market to accurately advise clients on the best funding structures.
Target Achievement: Execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly deal closure targets.
